William Bloking, FAICD
Chairman
Mr Bloking has more than 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 24 years with ExxonMobil in a variety of senior executive positions, and 9 years with BHP Billiton Petroleum. At the time of his retirement in 2007, he was President of Australia Asia Gas for BHP Billiton Petroleum and had overall responsibility for BHP Billiton’s international LNG business and its domestic gas business in Australia.
Stephen Keenihan
Managing Director
Mr Keenihan has more than 34 years of experience in the energy industry, within and outside Australia. He has been involved primarily with oil and gas activities but also has a broad range of experience in other energy and electricity projects, including coal, gas, wind, biofuels and geothermal. He has previously held management roles with Apache Energy, Griffin Energy and Novus Petroleum.
Brett Mitchell, B Ec
Non-Executive Director
Mr Mitchell has worked for both private and publicly listed entities for the past 15 years as a corporate finance executive. Mr Mitchell holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Western Australia and has specific experience in the financial markets and resources sectors. Mr Mitchell is currently executive director and company secretary of Energy Ventures Limited and non executive director and company secretary of Quest Petroleum NL and WildHorse Energy Limited.

Brent Villemarette
Chief Operations Officer
Mr Villemarette has 26 years experience with Apache and Sun in reservoir analysis and performance optimization, project feasibility studies, reserve replacement strategies, field development plans and acquisition analysis. Mr Villemarette's experience also covers assessing the commercial viability of exploration prospects, new field developments, facility upgrades, and acquisition candidates.
Jo-Ann Long
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs Long has 20 years experience as a finance professional in public practice with Horwath & Horwath, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Woodside Energy Ltd in various senior financial and internal audit roles. Mrs Long also has extensive experience in financial management, joint venture accounting and reporting, financial and commercial management, strategic planning and budgeting, governance, risk management, internal audit, business improvement and management of health safety and environment. Mrs Long is currently a Regional Councillor at the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Sophie Raven
Company Secretary
Ms. Raven has practised corporate and commercial law in Western Australia and overseas for 20 years both at law firms and as an in-house legal counsel, and currently acts as a non-executive director of various offshore investment funds and is Company Secretary to a number of ASX listed companies including Transerv Energy Ltd.
