Transerv (TSV) is listed on the ASX with a mandate to invest in oil and gas projects.
With the acquisition of Latent;
- Transerv has bought on board to a highly talented management team with substantial operational experience in Australia and overseas.
- Transerv has acquired a significantly larger share of the Warro Gas Project. Alcoa announced on 13 June 2008 it was farming into the project via a staged evaluation program including a 5 well drilling program, seismic surveys and production facilities to earn a 65% interest. Once the farmin is completed Transerv’s interest will reduce to 35%.
- Transerv’s now controls Woma Energy Ltd, a Canadian company with a 34% share in the Rock Creek Project in Alberta, Canada.
